How does the Booking Work?

Booking is how dealers can order what they need and get it on time while saving money on product costs by ordering high volume. This has grown increasingly important with the long waiting times the pandemic has brought with it.

In order to have enough product and maximize your growth next season, it's important to plan ahead.

From September 6th to November 7th 2022, our SUMMER 2023 booking will open.

You may place as many orders during the booking period as you like as long as the sum total fulfills the following conditions.

SUMMER 2023 BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Total Order(s) Minimum for Booking: 1000$

• Freight is prepaid on orders under 10 000$.

• Payment Terms this year: 60% deposit billed when booking ends, and 40% payment when order ships out. If you need more flexibility here, you are welcome to contact us and it will be our pleasure to help.

• Orders may only be cancelled or changed before booking ends on Nov 7th. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

• Orders set to arrive between March and May 2024 (including backordered product on our website).

• You may also use this opportunity to have discontinued product made again! It is our pleasure to have popular product manufactured once more. Contact us for OEM or discontinued product you wish to order.

How does our B2B work? 

1. Log in to your account using your credentials. If you don't have a password yet or your password is not working, you can either reset it or contact us. Login links are located on the menu bar or the side menu of the website.

2. Once you're logged in, that's it! Your dealer pricing should be applied automatically to all the product lines we supply for.

3. Backordered products that are not yet in stock are indicated by a yellow "Backorder" tag. If you want to order the product anyway, simply click the "Order anyway" button. You MUST use the "Order Anyway" button for all products you want to receive during your 2023 booking.

If a product is in stock, an "Add to cart" button will replace the backorder buttons.

4. Once you're done shopping, simply checkout like any other online store. If you are eligible for payment terms (Net 15, Net 30, etc.) , then a "Pay with Terms" button will appear. Dealers on Credit Card terms can checkout instantly. Shipping will be invoiced once your order ships out.
